Evergreen Line, as a known global carrier who provides worldwide shipping transportation network, herewith commits to our social responsibility and the duty of complying global privacy protection law, regulation or other rules concerning the right of personal data protection.
Evergreen Line recognize importance of personal data privacy and respect our customers, visitors of our web-sites, employees, vendors and all other parties who may log their personal data under our custody. In order to fulfill our social responsibility and protect data privacy right, Evergreen Line shall:

Personal data will only be filtered subject to such process is necessary to perform Evergreen Line’s contractual obligations or legitimate interests.
4.
Implement industrial best practice security measures to safeguard Evergreen Line database and all personal data.
5.
Notify supervisory authority competent and data owner of significant data breach without undue delay.
6.
Refrain from cooperating with contractors whom do not have privacy protection law compliance structure.
Evergreen Line establish Privacy Protection Compliance Manual to provide a guidance for subsidiaries, affiliate companies and global agents to respect data privacy.
