Rate Restoration on the Europe to Mediterranean Sea Trade
In a continued effort to provide our customers with the same reliable and efficient level of services in the Europe to Mediterranean Sea trade, it is essential to bring our freight rates to a sustainable and viable level so that we can continue providing a comprehensive network and quality of liner services that all customers expect.
In view of the above, we therefore announce that Evergreen Line will now implement a rate increase in the trade listed below, as follows,
Service Scope: From European base ports of Le Havre, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Thamesport to Mediterranean Sea ports
Effective Date: October/01/2009 (on board date)
Quantum per 20': Euro 50 - USD 75 - GBP 40
Quantum per 40': Euro 100 - USD 150 - GBP 80
From all European out ports, including Scandinavian/Baltic Area, to Mediterranean Sea ports
Effective Date: October/01/2009 (on board date)
Quantum per 20': Euro 150 - USD 225 - GBP 100
Quantum per 40': Euro 300 - USD 450 - GBP 200
Remarks
The increases apply to all cargo and commodities, including reefers and special equipment.
