Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) implementation on the Far East and Indian Sub-Continent to Europe and Mediterranean Westbound Trades

In order to reflect cost of bunker consumption based on the cargo volume to continue offering services with good qualities to all our clients, Evergreen Line decides to revise Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) with details as below:

Service Scope I : Far East (including Japan) to Europe and Mediterranean Westbound Trades

Effective Date: October/01/2009 - October/31/2009 (On-Board date)
Charge Item Code: Emergency Bunker Surcharge ( EBS )
Quantum: USD 188/Teu

Service Scope II : Indian Sub-Continent to Europe and Mediterranean Westbound Trades

Effective Date: October/01/2009 - October/31/2009 (On-Board date)
Charge Item Code: Emergency Bunker Surcharge ( EBS )
Quantum: USD 57/Teu

Remarks

EBS applies to all cargoes and commodities, including reefers and special equipments.
